Are these items new? What does liquidation/returned items mean?
The best definition I have found to answer both of these questions is as follows:
Returns were sold to a customer, who then mailed it to a specified location. Reasons for returning a product may not have any correlation to its usefulness (i.e., size, color, style, etc.), and as a result that product may be in new or near new condition . Depending on a company's return policy, these items may have been in the original owners possession for an extended period of time and may also have been worn or tried on. They generally do not come in original packaging and often do not have the shopping network and/or designer tags still attached.

How Many Items Are For Sale In The Listing?
On the bottom of every listing there is a quantity available for that product. Sometimes there is a glitch with the shopping cart. If you are looking to buy 2 or more and the cart is not letting you feel free to contact me via email.
Do You Combine On Shipping?
Most items are shipped via USPS First Class, Media, or Parcel Post Mail. The shopping cart at this time does not allow for combined shipping charges during checkout. Excessive shipping paid for multiple purchases will be refunded to you via your choice of payment used at time of checkout. If you need a shipping quote before your purchase, please email me with the items you are interested in along with your zip code.
When Will My Item Be Shipped?
Your purchase(s) will be shipped within two to three business days after receiving cleared payment. If you need your item(s) faster, please contact us to find out charge for faster shipping.
I Need To Request A Refund... How Do I Do This?
A full refund will only be issued in the event the item was not as described, or if undetected flaws or other problems arise that were not disclosed in full. If you receive an item and are unhappy with your purchase feel free to contact us via email to discuss a return/exchange. Shipping charges to return the item will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
